SVN obstructed - How to repair obstructed directories

How to repair obstructed directories.
Solution:
1.Remove all obstructed files from your System.copy them to a Backup Folder.
2.Remove all .svn directories.
3.SVN cleanup on the parent directory.
4 Then replace it with the backed up files.
5.Now do the svn update
6.Done
